The design and words I create, and the strategies that inform this creation,  are the transcript of an internal dialogue, redacted and replayed, until it can be used purposefully, even methodically, in the direction suggested by the strongest data available.

As a client this is good news, especially on a tight budget. The work I will produce for you is not just forged in the soul of a passionate artist; it is also informed by a person with over 17 years of experience in research and strategy, capable of recognizing or rejecting claims of efficacy, with the expectation of a measurable return on every dollar spent.

Over the course of my career I have built an uncommon set of skills. I was an English major in college, with emphases in professional and creative writing, however, most of my professional history has been in creative direction and strategy. More recently, I have become involved with planning and analysis, especially as it relates to social media, search engine knowledge, and brand management and reputation. In the context of marketing and advertising, I feel comfortable working with words, images, data, and strategy, during the entire lifecycle of a project, from concept through delivery and post-campaign analysis.

My current goal is to find employment that allows me to create, nurture, and evangelize great ideas, however they manifest. I am also looking for contract work and freelance projects, big or small.
