Maintained relationships with all print, web, and email vendors for corporate marketing department serving over 30,000 employees. Responsibilities included all price negotiation, project management and vendor evaluation.
Reduced printing costs by 90%—with no reduction in volume—by implementing an enterprise-wide, online, print-on-demand system for collateral marketing. First-year savings were over $100,000, and per-unit average collateral costs went from $1.50 to less than $0.15 per page. Savings were also realized in storage space, and shipping logistics as on-demand printing eliminated much of the need for both.
Appointed to inaugural Corporate Diversity Board by First American’s president to help implement diversity programs for mentoring, internships, philanthropy and education.
